Just checking in -- steps are looking good!
Thank you for checking in on me.
It’s the second time in the row.
I am here, but I have too much on my schedule.
My body is having a hard time after being to the therapist, but it helps so I think I am going to be good in the end. But I can not exercise more than my daily walking thou. The last weekend we had the oldest grandchild here and on Monday I babysat the smallest. I am so looking foreword to the retire time. Its hard to work full time besides the small ones. Hehe.

The beautiful small ones require an amazing amount of work!
